Dealing Effectively with Difficult Situations

We all work in harmony, right?  Well, not always.

In this workshop you will learn the art of dealing with difficult situations in the workplace, including how to deal with that most difficult person in your unit. You will have the opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult situations in the workplace as well as how to listen to difficult people, caring and coping strategies and understanding personality types.
We will focus on:
•  Keeping your cool in dealing with people and in tough situations;
• Understanding personality types;
•  Dealing with that “most difficult person”; and
• Understanding what to say and what not to say in difficult situations.
