Dealing Effectively with Difficult People

We all work in harmony, right?  But not always.
In this workshop you will learn the art of dealing with difficult people in the workplace, including understanding personality types, curing and coping strategies and how to deal with that most difficult person in your unit. You will have the opportunity to learn how to deal with different personalities in the workplace as well as how to listen to difficult people.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • How to keep your cool;
  • How to understand personality types;
  • How to deal with that “most difficult person”; and
  • How to know what to say and what not to say.

Dealing Effectively with Difficult People takes place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Fall River.

Presented by: Wally Coyle, E. Wallace Coyle Associates
