New COBRA Resource Center for Members

As you probably know, President Obama recently signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which will – among other things – affect your organization’s COBRA procedures. 

To help members stay up to date how the ARRA changes will affect their COBRA policies, and provide tools for staying compliant, the Council and Endorsed Vendor TD Insurance have created a new resource page.
